Supported Countries and Regions

Currently, we support orders for tattoo products from the following countries:

  • USA Orders: In-stock items will be shipped from the US warehouse; out-of-stock items will be shipped from the China warehouse.
  • UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand Orders: All orders will be shipped from the China warehouse.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and assisting with the clearance process. While we offer technical support, import taxes will be borne by the customer.

Lost or Misdelivered Orders

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check if any family members received the package on your behalf to ensure it was not missed.
  • If you cannot find it, contact the shipping company to report the loss, providing your order details and tracking number for investigation.
  • Contact us immediately at service@tatomus.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If the shipping company does not respond, you can file a claim for compensation.
